the staff was FRIENDLY and helpful.

The hotel has a superb location with easy access to many restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was welcomed with a small chocolate cake on my first night (it was a very nice touch). The concierge staff were always available to provide helpful recommendations.

I found the hotel beautiful. The hotel features a chic and comfortable design. The location worked well for exploring. I could easily walk to attractions. Breakfast included fresh orange juice. Eggs were made to order.
The bed mattresses were very hard, making it hard TO rest.

The room was spacious and included a balcony overlooking a square. The bed had lovely linen. I found it very comfortable. A coffee machine was available, and capsules were replenished daily.

The desk operates 24/7. This was really convenient. Daily room cleaning was provided. A turndown service occurred each night. I found this to be efficient. Breakfast provided fresh orange juice. I drank good coffee, ate fresh fruit, and also enjoyed eggs made to order. The staff was friendly, and this contributed to a positive experience.
The room was somewhat dark. I noticed only one window faced a nearby building.

The staff gave wonderful service.. and they added thoughtful welcome touches. The building had a charming feel, beginning. I especially appreciated the hotel's perfect location and easy access to main sights. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The breakfast selection, while good, could have used a bit more variety to keep things interesting throughout our stay.
